The amazing broth with depth of flavors is nothing you will ever taste anywhere else! You can really appreciate long simmering bone broth with added spice and anmame taste. Something we only experienced at our family's favorite ramen shop in Seattle Ooink when we lived there. We couldn't find a shop that came anywhere close to it when we moved to another state. We are happy we can order for a delivery, dont have to travel to Seattle for that delicious ramen we missed!
I've been a long time fan of Ooink and used to visit their restaurant frequently before I had to move out of state. So when i heard about their new ramen kit, I was super excited.
I've finally had a chance to try it and I am blown away by how similar it tasted to the on that's served at their restaurant! I honestly never thought a ramen kit can taste this good. The chef is long known for how particular he is with the quality of the ingredients, where he sources them and especially the taste. It's clear that he put in the same consideration to this ramen kit as well!

So glad I found this package. Legitimately tastes so much like the mala kotteri dish in restaurant. I moved away from Seattle and can no longer eat there but this packet really captures the core flavors of the ramen and there are a lot of layers that are really unique to Ooink.
This Japanese ramen was absolutely incredible! The broth was rich, flavorful, and perfectly. I also bought their spicy chili sauce , Adding the spicy sauce is the extra bonus. The noodles had just the right texture, springy and chewy, and soaked up the soup beautifully. It came in with a nice and fancy box with clear instructions how to make the noodles at home. It truly tasted like a bowl straight from Japan. I’ll definitely be ordering again — highly recommended for any ramen lover!
Best ramen kit! It tastes similar to the mala kotteri ramen that we usually get at their restaurant. Very impressed with the taste and quality, such a great alternative for those of us who live outside Seattle. Highly recommend.
The meal kit is so easy to follow and gives you a taste of in restaurant but at home, This makes it possible to satisfy that craving when you live in a different state
Moved to Colorado and miss Ooink more than some family members. The ramen kit is exactly the same as a bowl in the shop. I will be ordering again and again.
Really good flavors. The mala pepper oil is no joke! A little goes a long way. I like the tingling sensation it gives.
Unfortunately I can no longer visit the restaurant regularly, so this has become a pantry staple. Goes great with sous vide and seared pork shoulder.
Very flavorful was little strange the color but that was just my opinion. Was easy to fix and filling. The spice was just right.
Restaurant quality ramen at home!! The broth was exceptional and the noodles were excellent. I have tried a lot of store bought ramen kits even the frozen ones mailed directly. This was by far the absolute best.
We like to cook this with a little bit less water than in the instructions, makes the broth more flavorful.

This may be the best instant ramen I’ve ever had. I expected average shelf noodles, but this tastes shockingly close to restaurant ramen. Fresh chewy noodles, rich authentic broth, and insanely satisfying. I’m officially addicted and already reordering. Don’t hesitate—just buy it.

We've been going to Ooink for years and were so delighted when the ramen kits first became available. Everything comes for a bowl of noodles with a rich, silky broth. All you need to add are char shiu, egg and greens. We're huge fans.

Ooink is the best ramen shop in Seattle. Hands down. And one of my favorite bowls of noodles of all time. It was a sad day for me when moved from Seattle 5 years ago. This ramen kit really brought me back. It was just like was sitting there having a bowl in the shop. The broth and noodles were just how I remembered it. It had been years but I'll never forget that bowl. The fact that they were able to replicate it and send it to me in the mail is just crazy haha. Well done!

Nicely packaged. Good design box. Nice instructions to cook it at home for the first time. What is amazing is the taste. Exactly same as Ooink restaurant Mala Kotteri ramen. Having a Mala Kotteri at home is a quite exciting feeling.
It's like eating Ooink in my living room. Which is basically the best thing ever. So, I would say this was good.
